Did you know that eating well, staying active, connecting socially, and keeping your mind engaged can help slow cognitive decline and reduce the risk of dementia?

This June, join the Midcoast community for a Free Brain Health Challenge designed to inspire simple, healthy habits that make a real difference.

Participants will receive:

  • Daily brain-healthy challenges like taking the stairs, calling a friend for coffee, or playing Sudoku
  • Healthy recipes and information about local resources that can support your wellness journey
  • Invitations to optional community activities, including group coffee meetups and walks on local trails
  • And more!

The challenge is completely self-paced, and every activity is optional. Participate as much or as little as you’d like!
